1. SHIPPING .

We have shipments nationally and internationally. However, through www.etereastore.com only shipments within Colombia are enabled. If you are not in Colombia and want to place an international order, you can place it through Flying Solo or you can contact us directly by Instagram DM or by one of our contact methods and we will inform you about the steps to place your order.

Products purchased through www.etereastore.com are shipped through third parties. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in delivery times, whether due to transport company issues or public order situations; as well as, for any other unforeseen situation. The risk of loss and damage for such products passes to the carrier.

2 . SHIPPING MODALITY .

All ETÉREA shipments will be made in the “CASH” mode, the customer pays the shipping value at the time of purchase. Shipping time varies nationwide between two (2) to six (6) business days from the date of shipment. **This DOES NOT include PRE-ORDER time. Likewise, in Bogotá, we offer three types of shipping: standard (2 to 3 business days), next business day or same business day (for purchases made before 2 pm). The customer will be able to choose between the three options at the time of purchase.
