CHANGE POLICIES
ETHEREAL.

If upon receiving the product it is not what was expected, the customer may request an exchange for any other size or product on the page. In the event that the new selected product has a greater value, the client must assume the surplus to be able to make the change. We do not refund money, we only have the opportunity to exchange.

To request an exchange by reference/size, the customer has fifteen (15) business days after receiving the product. After this time no changes are accepted.

Exchanges are only made to garments that are in perfect condition. These must be as they were delivered, without stains, without odors and in perfect manufacturing conditions. No changes are made to garments purchased at a discount or to garments purchased over-the-counter.

Changes are subject to product availability, therefore times may vary depending on each product. Generally, they will last between ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days.

The client must assume the costs corresponding to shipping (the garment that is to be exchanged must be delivered to the warehouse and pay for shipping the new garment to the destination address)
